My husband and I had dinner here last night. I asked to change a few things in my meal and the chef did! My meal was delicious and I appreciated that this chef took the time to prepare it for me even better than I asked. Both meals were delicious. Our waitress was fun and attentive. Thanks for making our night! We will be back.
We’ve stayed at The Rangeley Inn many times over the years, and it never disappoints. It’s such a unique, beautiful, and inviting place that offers exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and an all-around great vibe. A special shout-out to Tim and Liv for doing an amazing job with the tavern — the food and service are always top-notch, and the new winter menu is fantastic. Liv’s mixology skills are impressive — she creates some truly awesome cocktails to complement any meal. And of course, a heartfelt thank-you to Travis, who has created a wonderful place in beautiful Rangeley to escape the craziness of everyday life and just relax. We can’t wait to come back!
I have always been a patron of the Rangeley Inn, my family will regularly have meals or drinks in the tavern. But this year, The Rangeley Inn hosted my rehearsal dinner for my wedding, as well as a cocktail hour for my guests. The planning process was smooth and easy thanks to Timothy, who guided us in making food selections and met with me several times. He is a pleasure to work with and offered great suggestions; and boy was that food amazing! My guests enjoyed the rehearsal dinner food more than the wedding food itself! And the staff was so friendly and amazing. I appreciated Timothy checking in with us throughout the evening. Our guests loved the cocktail hour; there is no place like the Rangeley Inn. Many amazing, decorated nooks to sit in and enjoy. Many of our guests stayed at the inn as well and expressed nothing but great things. We have always loved the Rangeley Inn but now it holds an even more special place in my heart!

The sweet server from Kiev, another for breakfast was her birthday. THE best stout! North Star! that’s a high referral :) the Tia chili wings! The breakfast! It couldn’t have been better! We recently spent 2 nights at this wonderful Inn. From the moment we arrived the hotel staff was so welcoming ( Susan was so nice). The inn still has the charm of a place built in 1906 but had been restored to be with the current times. This place is so clean. Our room was very comfortable, clean & quiet. We had breakfast both mornings and dinner one evening. The food was delicious, much better than most hotel fare. I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place. If you’re local, I highly recommend the restaurant. Our bartender Mary was so friendly and helpful. I wish I could give this place 10 stars.
Service at the Rangeley Inn is above and beyond. I've stayed here 6 different times and its my go-to for the area. One visit my phone charger broke, the receptionist let me use her personal charger so that I could use Maps for my drive home. (!) The rooms are comfortable and the location is perfect walking distance for all of Rangeley.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. The Inn was very quiet which was so appreciated. We loved the area as we could walk to shops and other restaurants, although the food was amazing at the tavern. The dining room offered a wonderful breakfast every morning with a nice variety. A shout out to Mary in the dining room who also works the dinner hours in the tavern and Travis who was always smiling and helpful at the front desk. Couldn’t have asked for better!
We stayed at the Rangeley Inn & Tavern for four nights in January as guests for a wedding on site. I was so impressed by the service and accomodations! From flexible late-night check-in when we had travel delays, to fitting us in an extra night at due to inclement weather. The hotel is right downtown, so even in record-breaking cold there was plenty to walk to. Parking was easy and we had no issues with access from all the snow that fell.
